One young academically excellent person went to apply for a managerial position in a big
company.
He passed the first interview; the director did the last interview, made the last decision.
The director discovered from the CV that the youth's academic achievements were excellent all the way, from the secondary school until the postgraduate research, never had a year when he did not score.
The director asked, "Did you obtain any scholarships in school?" the youth answered "none".
The director asked, “Was it your father who paid for your school fees?" The youth answered,
"My father passed away when I was one year old, it was my mother who paid for my school fees.
The director asked, “Where did your mother work?" The youth answered, "My mother worked as clothes cleaner. The director requested the youth to show his hands. The youth showed a pair of hands that were smooth and perfect.
The director asked, “Have you ever helped your mother wash the clothes before?" The youth answered, "Never, my mother always wanted me to study and read more books. Furthermore, mymother can wash clothes faster than me.
The director said, "I have a request. When you go back today, go and clean your mother's hands, and then see me tomorrow morning.
The youth felt that his chance of landing the job was high. When he went back, hehappily
requested his mother to let him clean her hands. His mother felt strange, happy but with mixed feelings, she showed her hands to the kid.
The youth cleaned his mother's hands slowly. His tear fell as he did that. It was the first time he noticed that his mother's hands were so wrinkled, and there were so many bruises in her hands. Some bruises were so painful that his mother shivered when they were cleaned with water. This was the first time the youth realized that it was this pair of hands that washed the clothes everyday to enable him to pay the school fee. The bruises in the mother's hands were the price that the mother had to pay for his graduation, academic excellence and his future. After finishing the cleaning of his mother hands, the youth quietly washed all the remaining clothes for his mother.
That night, mother and son talked for a very long time.
Next morning, the youth went to the director's office. The Director noticed the tears in the youth's eyes, asked: “Can you tell me what have you done and learned yesterday in your house?"
The youth answered, “I cleaned my mother's hand, and also finished cleaning all the remaining clothes'
The Director asked, “please tell me your feelings."
The youth said,
Number 1, I know now what appreciation is. Without my mother, there would not be the successful me today.
Number 2, by working together and helping my mother, only I nowrealize how difficult and tough it is to get something done.
Number 3, I have come to appreciate the importance and value of family relationship.
The director said, “This is what I am looking for to be my manager.
I want to recruit a person who can appreciate the help of others, a person who knows the
sufferings of others to get things done, and a person who would not put money as his only goal in life. You are hired.
Later on, this young person worked very hard, and received the respect of his subordinates. Every employee worked diligently and as a team. The company's performance improved tremendously.
A child, who has been protected and habitually given whatever he wanted, would develop
"entitlement mentality" and would always put himself first. He would be ignorant of his parent's efforts. When he starts work, he assumes that every person must listen to him, and when he becomes a manager, he would never know the sufferings of his employees and would always blame others. For this kind of people, who may be good academically, may be successful for a while, but eventually would not feel sense of achievement. He will grumble and be full of hatred and fight for more. If we are this kind of protective parents, are we really showing love or are we destroying the kid instead?*
You can let your kid live in a big house, eat a good meal, learn piano, watch a big screen TV. But when you are cutting grass, please let them experience it. After a meal, let them wash their plates and bowls together with their brothers and sisters. It is not because you do not have money to hire a maid, but it is because you want to love them in a right way. You want them to understand, no matter how rich their parents are, one day their hair will grow gray, same as the mother of that young person. The most important thing is your kid learns how to appreciate the effort and experience the difficulty and learns the ability to work with others to get things done.
You would have forwarded many mails to many and many of them would have mailed you back too...but try and forward this story to as many as possible...this may change somebody's fate... :)

What our Parents do for us???
* A long time ago, there was a huge apple tree. A little boy loved to come and play around it everyday. He climbed to the tree top, ate the apples, took a nap under the shadow... He loved the tree and the tree loved to play with him. Time went by... the little boy had grown up and he no longer played around the tree everyday. One day, the boy came back to the tree and he looked sad. "Come and play with me," the tree asked the boy. "I am no longer a
kid, I don't play around trees anymore." The boy replied, "I want toys. I need money to buy them." "Sorry, but I don't have money...but you can pick all my apples and sell them. So, you will have money." The boy was so excited. He grabbed all the apples on the tree and left happily. The boy never came back after he picked the apples. The tree was sad. One day, the boy returned and the tree was so excited. "Come and play with me" the tree said. "I don't have time to play. I have to work for family. We need a house for shelter. Can you help me?" "Sorry, but I don't have a house. But you can chop off my branches to build your house." So the boy cut all the branches of the tree and left happily. The tree was glad to see him happy but the boy never came back since then. The tree was again lonely and sad.
One hot summer day, the boy returned and the tree was delighted. "Come and play with me!" the tree said. "I am sad and getting old. I want to go sailing to relax myself. Can you give me a boat?" "Use my truck to build your boat. You can sail far away and be happy." So the boy cut the tree truck to make a boat. He went sailing and never showed up for a long time.
Finally, the boy returned after he left for so many years. "Sorry, my boy. But I don't have anything for you anymore. No more apples for you..." the tree said. "I don't have teeth to bite" the boy replied. "No more truck for you to climb on" "I am too old for that now" the boy said. "I really can't give you anything ... the only thing left is my dying roots" the tree said with tears.
"I don't need much now, just a place to rest. I am tired after all these years." The boy replied. "Good! Old tree roots is the best place to lean on and rest. Come, Come sit down with me and rest."
The boy sat down and the tree was glad and smiled with tears.......

This is a story of everyone.
The tree is our parent.
When we were young,we loved to play with Mom and Dad... When we grow up, we left them & only came to them when we need something or when we are in
trouble.
No matter what, parents will always be there and give
everything they could to make you happy.
You may think the boy is cruel to the tree but that's how (almost) all of us are treating our parent.
Love them that is what u can do....

Respect your mom because mom is god for every child, she dos what a dad can never. If you really wants to know than go through this fact.
Human Body can Bear Only Upto 45 Del(Unit) of Pain. But.. At d Time of Giving Birth, a Woman Feels Upto 57 Del of Pain. This''s Similar to 20 Bones getting Fractured, at a Time. ''LOVE UR MOM'' till d End of Ur Life. And, Pass dis Msg 2 Atleast One Person If U Really Love Ur Mom & Respect Women?.
This is what a dad can never.

This blog is dedicated to my mom
This is my first post, infact this is my first blog i am planning to continue with my life.
This blog is dedicated to my mom. I got this thing in my mind while taking a shower today, when my mom was asking something to my younger bro, but he behaved to her very rudely. But i did not felt this nice, though i also became rude sometimes to my mom, but this time i realised that i shouldn't treat her this way. My mom is greatest in this universe. She did a lot for me & she does. She does everything for me. Wake me up- hmmm though she wake me up abusing me like kameene uth- office nahin jaan. sometimes she wakes me up slapping, i get irriatated at that time, but still its her love for me, she wants me to reach my office on time. that s why she do like this.
One habit of mine she never likes, that is when i use to work late at night- till 2-3 O clock. she again scolds me n says kameene subah office nahin jaana. Kameene is her pet word. sometimes i hate this kind of behaviour but when i thinks about how she would felt about when i work till late n have to wake up early, then i accept this behaviour too.
